Shipping Information
We are committed to ensuring your order arrives in a timely and secure manner. This page outlines our shipping policies, delivery timelines, and related procedures.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship orders to all 50 United States, including Puerto Rico. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Processing Time
All orders require processing time before they are shipped. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Timelines
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. The following shipping options are available:
- Standard Ground Shipping: Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery after your order has been processed and shipped.
- Expedited Shipping: Please allow 2-3 business days for delivery after your order has been processed and shipped.
- Overnight Shipping: Please allow 1 business day for delivery after your order has been processed and shipped. Please note that overnight shipping orders must be placed before the specified daily cutoff time to be processed and shipped the same day.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carriers may experience delays due to factors outside of our control, such as weather or high network volume.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the selected shipping method, the weight of your order, and the delivery destination. The shipping cost will be displayed and can be reviewed before you finalize your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier’s website to track the progress of your delivery.
P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses
We are able to ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via Standard Ground Shipping only. Expedited and Overnight shipping methods are not available for these addresses.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly and completely. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.
Issues with Delivery
In the rare event that your package is lost in transit or shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within a specified period from the ship date so we can initiate an inquiry with the carrier.
Holiday Shipping
During peak holiday seasons, order processing and carrier delivery times may be extended. We recommend placing your orders early to ensure timely delivery. We will post announcements regarding holiday shipping deadlines on our website.
